How does the Styling Fee work?
With each box your Dailylook stylist curates, you will be charged a Styling Fee. Typically, this charge will come 1-2 weeks before the delivery date you've selected in your box preferences. Your Styling Fee will turn into Store Credit in your Dailylook account.
What happens to my Styling Fee Credit if I don't keep any items from my box?
If you do not make a purchase from your box, you can still use your $40 Styling Fee Store Credit! Use your Store Credit to shop on our Add-Ons page and our Sample Sale page (with free shipping).

Important: Your Store Credit expires 30 days after your Styling Fee has been charged, and is non-refundable if left unused.
What are Add-Ons?
Add-Ons are an opportunity to complement your stylist's picks and complete your box. You can use Store Credit to shop monthly drops of chic accessories, elevated loungewear, and more, starting at only $14! Add-ons will arrive in your next box (with free shipping and returns)!
How long do I have to send back the items I don't want to keep?
You have 5 days after your box delivery date to send back your returns (if the 5th day falls on a Sunday, please return the following business day). You will receive reminders via Email and SMS during this period. If returns aren't postmarked by the 5th day, you opt in to keep your box, and will be charged for the styles. You can extend checkout in your dashboard, or contact your stylist.
